Our sources are found in an area of outstanding natural beauty, within a small range of hills above the rural village of Churchstoke, located in the sparsely populated borderland between England and Wales.
The hills of Montgomeryshire provide an excellent area for the recharging of our deeply seated sources. The catchment region extremely large but the critical area around the abstraction points is owned by the Company ensuring total protection for the sources.
Geologically the area is ideal for the formation of spring and mineral waters. It is an area of ancient rock formations that were once volcanic in origin. The strata is highly complex in its orientation but provides an variety of minerals which contribute to the fine taste of the waters we abstract.
To comply with the strict legislation which control the bottled water industry, each of the brands of water currently within our product range are abstracted from its own unique source.
It is then transported underground to stainless steel tanks before being bottled on modern, purpose built process lines which were installed approximately 2 years ago.
Quality monitoring and more importantly microbiological control is conducted by our own staff. As an additional safeguard a locally approved laboratory independently monitors the integrity of all our sources.
